About Me

I am a fully qualified therapeutic counsellor and a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.  I have spent a number of years working in the NHS and charity sectors, specialising in areas of substance misuse and addiction.

I specialise in offering both ongoing therapeutic counselling and also single session therapy, working with people of all ages to identify and understand issues that are causing them distress, anxiety, and stress.   You may be grappling with relationship issues, a bereavement or trauma, or just simply finding the days difficult. I can offer you the space to work through your thoughts.

I also have a strong passion for supporting our younger generation and have spent time in voluntary roles with Childline and counselled in both primary and secondary education settings.

Get in touch to discuss how I can help you.
