Depression, stress, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, loss, anger; these are all things we can work through together during our sessions to help you understand and manage what is troubling you.  Any number of these things can effect you throughout life and counselling is a great support.

But counselling doesn't just have to be for the harder times in your life.  Your mental wellbeing is just as important as your physical health.  Have you ever thought about joining a local sports team, jogging around the park or visiting the gym? Well if there was an exercise for the mind I believe counselling is it.  Counselling sessions don't have to be a reaction to a trouble, they can be a great form of self care, sessions can help you to understand and accept who you are and improve your ability to live your best life.  

Individual Face to Face or Online Counselling Session

This 50 minute session is to be booked weekly or fortnightly as part of an ongoing journey in therapy.  Face to face sessions will take place in my private therapy room and online sessions will be held by secure video calling platform.  Session fee £45

Couples Counselling Session

This 70 minute session is to be booked weekly or fortnightly as part of an ongoing journey in therapy.  This session will be held in my private therapy room.

Session fee £80

Single Session Therapy

This 60 minute session is to be booked as a one off session and can be held either in person or via video call.  For more information on single session therapy please click here.

Bob the therapy dog

The use of animals and in particular pet therapy dogs can be a fantastic experience for both adults and young people during counselling sessions, not only can they reduce stress levels but they can also boost mood.
